Technically, many of the writer related questions can be answered in your bio (when you started writing etc...). I liked the FAQs that were a bit funny and gave a peek into the writer's personality...like some of the ones Delaney mentions...color, foods. Maybe something like what you thought you wanted to be when you grew up...most embarrassing moment...favorite holiday...school subject you hated the most...what you think is the sexiest thing about a guy etc...

Good luck!Rula Sinarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01703015110251843280noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5387503191764027020.post-55088639470099906522011-02-16T13:16:05.880-05:002011-02-16T13:16:05.880-05:00Kaily, I've been thinking about doing somethin...Kaily, I've been thinking about doing something similar, but on my About page. Is that kinda what you mean?

I've done a number of interviews, and I thought about using some of the questions (FAQs) on my about page and answering them. Typical stuff like where I'm from, my favorite authors, why I write what I write, advice to other authors, etc.

Even the ones that are not FAQs might be interesting to readers, such as your favorite foods, favorite color, etc. It lets readers get to know you.

Good luck!Delaney Diamondhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16703253397603304388noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5387503191764027020.post-40843632115630145312011-02-16T13:15:08.822-05:002011-02-16T13:15:08.822-05:00I don't know if this would be a FAQ by anyone ...I don't know if this would be a FAQ by anyone but me, but what rev's your engine; what makes you loose control (if you ever loose control. But I did add a lexicon of SF terms, because I do write a kind of techy erotic SFR, and I wanted my stories to be readable in a cross genre way.

Anyway, coming up with FAQ is not easy. I hope you get some good answers here!Kaye Manrohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03639814610213100626noreply@blogger.com
